GLOBIT is an Information Technology (IT) company that specializes in developing web-based and mobile application (android and iOS) information system. The other IT services that GLOBIT can provide are Maintenance Service, IT Security, and Consulting Service.
GLOBIT has a purpose to provide efficient and effective IT Solution to all the clients by developing a more qualified and mature IT Management. As an IT Company, GLOBIT has a structured Project Management (PM) guidelines in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project.
GLOBIT supports the strategic goals of Information Technology (IT) advancement in Indonesia to provide comprehensive IT Solution for Entities from various industries. In annual basis, GLOBIT reviews the digital transformation globally to see updated solutions that should be offered and introduced to all existing and potential clients. Initiating helps GLOBIT to set the vision of what is to be accomplished from the project. This is where the project is formally authorized by the sponsor, initial scope defined, and stakeholders identified.
A crucial element of planning is establishing the total scope, detailed requirements, risks, milestones, summary, quality, communications, time and budget of the project. During planning phase, GLOBIT will make sure that all required information has been documented formally and approved by project sponsor as a baseline to keep the project running on track.
Executing is where the project team starts doing the work of creating the deliverables while the project manager coordinates those resources. In this phase, budget will be spent the most and the deliverables of the project will be produced. And it is likely here where we will begin to see stakeholder change requests. GLOBIT will make sure that all change requests are documented properly and communicated to the project sponsor since the budget and timeline might be impacted.
Monitoring and Controlling is where GLOBIT comparing plan to actual, measure variance, and take corrective action to make the project get back on track. Key areas that GLOBIT will periodically monitor and control are scope, cost, and schedule as the baseline. This phase will be continuously performed during the project execution.
GLOBIT will formally close the project and make sure that the acceptance and sign-off from the project sponsor are obtained and documented. All the required documentations will be internally archived. This phase will be performed after the guarantee period (if any) as stated in the contract.

GLOBIT has a capability to provide IT consulting service to clients and/or organizations in managing, assessing, and optimizing Information Technology (IT) risks that covers consultancy of project management for an IT Project, IT Strategy and Planning, IT Audit, and ISO27001 assessment.
In addition, GLOBIT will assign one Technical Consultant as a Person In Charge (PIC) for each application system during the manage or maintain service period.
